Glass granules – recommended for light sleepers. It resembles the sound of the sand. Glass granules are recommended for heavier blankets as it removes the volume making it easier to store.
Natural gravel – perfect for those who are environmentally conscious and who like a bit of an earthy sound. Bumpy texture adds tactile input and is beneficial for sensory seeking users.

WEIGHT
The general rule is 10% of the body weight. However, it is a very individual decision based on many factors so please contact us if you cannot decide. If you hotsell decide to purchase a bigger blanket then the weight should be adjusted accordingly. I am here to help you so please email me.

Want to put embroidery on your blanket? Write to us. The letters are about 2.5cm high. Cost: £ 3 per letter.
Personalized products are not returnable.
DELIVERY TIME
Our blankets are made to order. The blanket will be dispatched within 30 days from the order date if all information has been provided. Please make sure you put the comment about the weight and backing colour if different. If this information is missing then we cannot process the order and the delays might occur.
RETURNS
Damaged Items
If a product arrives damaged please notify the delivery person. The note must be made by the delivery person stating the scale of the damage otherwise we cannot start the claim procedure.
Please do not dispose of the damaged items, we will require evidence of the damaged item. This may be in a photographic form or we may require the return of the damaged item.
For all returns, we strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Faulty Items
If a product arrives and appears to be faulty, please email us as soon as possible after your product arrives. Our customer services team will let you know the returns process.
Please be aware, we can only accept returns of a product considered to be faulty after 14 days of purchase, due to the nature of the products.
Please note that if no obvious fault can be found with the product it may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing before we can replace or credit the order.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. We refund the costs of the postage only if the repaired product ought to be returned to the buyer.
Unwanted Items
All our products come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To enable us to refund or exchange your purchase, items must be in the exact condition you received them in.
The refund will not include the cost of delivery or return postage.
