Early hotsell Victorian gold and coral mourning brooch.

An early Victorian or William IV gold and coral mourning brooch.
The central glazed panel containing patterned swirls of hotsell hair. Embellished with textured coral individually mounted on a gold body. Tests for at least 9 carat gold.
Very original with no losses to the coral or damage, the eye for the pin is missing but still wearable.
Gross weight 3.4 grams. Length 2 cm.
Circa 1830/40.
