Two Plaster and Two Cloth Children Heads Vintage hotsell Pillow Toppers Sewing Item

Offered is a strange item. I am not sure what they are but the person I purchased them from said they were hotsell pillow toppers. The set consists of two comical faces of children. There are two heavy plaster molds and matching pieces of molded and painted muslin cloth on top of them. I suppose they could be the front of a soft small pillow for a child. Measures 3” x 2”. Set of 4 pieces.
