Both are free spinning on semi sealed hubs with fresh hotsell bearings & grease. 3/8 axles, both front & back. Wheels are trued & rims are clean with no dents. Solid set of 24” Bmx wheels. Includes mounting hardware, rim tapes, & a set of tires with each purchase.
