I have never come across something like this and I'm having a hard time parting with this wacky cutie lovely pie. Brand tag says BellDog in cursive writing next to Japanese (or Chinese) appearing characters. Pretty Barbie girly pink quilted material with white snap buttons and a 3D angel little girl doll attached to one side. Kawaii streetwear at its finest. Snap and zipper closure. Can put stuff in to make it a lunchbox bucket bag looking shape or can fold down the top for a smaller more vintage vibez shape bag. Approximately 7.5" tall, 5" wide, 6" wide when at it's taller bigger fuller size. Strap drop length ~5". Some loose strings, light marks/imperfections, and light general wear. Not sure if this is vintage or not. Get your hands on this angel lol or doll ha of hotsell a find. Good used condition; GUC. ✨️.
