Before Ordering Please (Measure, Measure, Measure) the size of sign you want, Please do not guess. As we are selling signs based on the width, not the height of letters. Take the painter's tape and visualize the size of sign on the wall from 6 to 10 ft distance. If you are very specific about the height of letters then please message us before ordering to consult about the Width of sign & Height of letters you want. We will evaluate your sign specs. and let you know about the sign size before ordering.

DETAILS:
✔ You can choose your sign from the 20 stylish fonts (Please see the pics to check all the available font styles. Please note, each font style has its own listing). If you don't find your font in our list then just send us the font you want and we will make it for you.
✔ You can send your Company Logo and we will make it in same style as per your Logo. Proofs will be provided before it goes to production.
✔ All word of sign will be joined as a single piece. For example "Peterson & Mary" will be cut as "Peterson&Mary" so all characters touch.
✔ For lowercase letters we will connect the dots like "i"s and "j"s
✔ There will be not be any hardware(s) / hangers provided with the sign. You can use 3M command strip to place your sign on wall.


SOFTCOPY PROOF:
✔ If you need a proof of the sign after order then please leave a message. We will send you the proof before it goes to production.

LEADTIME:
✔ Production time is 7-10 business days.
✔ Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US Federal holidays.
✔ Once your order shipped. We estimate that your order will be at your door within 3-5 business days.

■ We only ship in USA.
■ Each Order require 7-10 business days for production only.
■ I can ship your order to any address if you are buying it as a gift.
■ We pack our signs very heavy. Bigger signs are packed on a ½” thick wood board, wrapped in plastic, then wrapped in two layers of cardboard. We then stick several “Fragile” stickers with a note to be very careful handling. It would be pretty rare for these signs to break in shipping.
■ If you received broken sign then please contact within 24 hours with contact # and pics of packaging. As we need to file the claim to mailer and they will need the pics and contact details of the recipient.
■ Tracking Number is always provided by Etsy.
