This book is in good condition. There is a bit of wear to the corners and binding of the cover. The pages are in good condition, none are dog-eared, torn, or written on. A few towards the end of the book have a bend at the binding. Many of the pages have darkened where they meet the binding. There is an inscription on the second page. This book would look so good on display, and it's still in good enough condition to be read.
