This is a floor length floral dress from the 60's or early 70's , it has cape sleeves and ruffles on the bottom. There is a green velvet green belt with a bow attached to this dress. There are two ruffles around the scoop neck. This dress is small size 2. This dress is 15 inches from underarm to underarm, 24 inch around just under the bust line.

This is really a very pretty dress great to wear to a wedding and any summer party.
