Here we have a beautiful porcelain hand painted small plate by Ernst Wahliss Turn Vienna Austria and signed by the artist

The plate is decorated with a large yellow rose and two smaller pink roses, surrounded by lush green leaves. The leaves are veined with exquisite raised hand applied gold gilt. A heavy gold gilt rim border

The plate measures 8 1/2 inches diameter

The condition is antique excellent
