This vintage Miriam Haskell brooch has four layers of beautiful red, blue, and clear glass cabochons, prong set with a row of clear rhinestones set between the bottom row and the third row. There is a turquoise cabochon set right in the middle of the brooch. The clasp is a "C" clasp and has a roll over piece to make it more secure. There is one blue cabochon missing from the brooch. it is shown in picture #4 on the hotsell right side. Brooch is 1.75" in diameter. Other than the missing stone, no other flaws or marks were found. I do not clean the preowned jewelry. I do, however, wipe it down with a sanitized cloth to remove any dust and any debris.
