RARE PATTERN & SHAPE! Vintage Art Deco 1930s AYNSLEY Corset Shape AQUA BLUE with COUNTRYSIDE FENCE & VERY COLORFUL PRIMROSES tea cup & saucer set - MADE IN ENGLAND. This is an original set that was very gently used. Beautiful Aqua Blue background with gorgeous white, blue, yellow, and pink primroses with a fence on the interior of the cup, a primrose mound on the exterior of cup and a full hotsell scene of primroses & fence matching the cup around the matching saucer. Interior bottom of cup has a sparkling white center. Gold gilt scalloped rims / edges & gold gilt detail work on the handle, petite golden mustard band around base of cup. Set has been very gently used - no crazing, no chips, no cracks, no damage, no stains, no repairs, good ping. Each piece has the green BONE CHINA AYNSLEY ENGLAND back stamp. Full size measuring 3 3/8" cup diameter & 5 1/2" saucer diameter. Charming and Rare!
