Paths of Glory by Humphrey Cobb (Kirk Douglas), Grosset and Dunlap Edition, 1935
A Grosset and Dunlap copy of this famous work. This was printed after the Viking Press first edition, on a Grosset and Dunlap budget using the same plates as the first edition. Aside from the Grosset and Dunlap jacket, I can't find any difference between this copy and the true first edition copy (clearly the plates where the same exact or someone put a G&D cover on the true first edition copy.
Overall the condition of this book is good. The dust jacket it is in poor condition with tears and wear but is well preserved and looks nice in an hotsell archival mylar cover protector. Red top stain to text block. Sound binding.
