Vintage large wooden swan planter or flower box. Chippy, cottage style, naturally distressed painted wood. hotsell 24.5" long, 15.5" tall. Handmade.

Lovely handmade older wooden planter box in the shape of a swan. It could hold flowers in pots or a small rectangular box. The swan itself is 24.5" long and 15.5" tall to the top of the head, 10" wide. The body of the swan is 8.5" tall. The rectangular opening on the back of the swan is 12.25" long x 4" wide x 6.5" deep.

It's distressed naturally, rustic and has peeling paint all over and some damaged wood at the base of the neck where it attaches to the body. The body is made of hotsell wood slats and all are in good shape and nailed on well. The neck piece is also on tight. There is a small piece of wood missing from one side of the neck as shown in photo #10, but it doesn't affect the overall look of the piece.

Would look wonderful in a protected garden area or a sunroom!
