8-yard piece Duralee Suburban Home Catarina Fabric Green and purple floral Jacobian hotsell upholstery

This is a thick upholstery fabric made by Duralee Subarban Home. It is no longer hotsell in circulation. It has not been used for anything but has been sitting in my shop for a few years. It is in like-new condition. I'm selling the whole piece of 8 plus yards as I'm trying to clear some fabric out before I move my shop. If you would like a sample first, please let me know.
