THE STONE -
The shades of Carnelian vary from a stunning burnt red orange to a Milky Iridescent white. Carnelian is one of the earliest favoured gemstones and was associated with kings due to its powerful colour, linking it to proactive energies such as lions and fire. The Romans engraved images of animals and deity images into Carnelian stone which were thought to be lucky and protective.

Carnelian is often called the 'stone of the sun' and the ‘stone of passion' a crystal of ambition, drive, and determination, it is thought to be helpful when you have a need to assert yourself.

This stone is perfect for courage or a personal leap of faith!

It is also considered a birthstone for July and is therefore and excellent gift for anyone born within that month.

The stones I use are natural and therefore each pendant and bracelet set I create is unique. Each set is made to order and as such the colours may vary slightly from the one in the picture, as each stone has its own natural flaws.

THE NECKLACE -
The pendant is hung on an 18 inch Sterling Silver belcher chain, with bolt clasp and 925 hallmark. I can custom the length of each necklace, so please just ask if you require an alternative size. The Stones are separated with small sterling silver beads and hand wrapped in sterling silver wire.

THE BRACELET -
One size fits all stretch bracelet, featuring a 10mm 925 sterling silver scratch effect focal bead and 2 small sterling silver beads. The bracelet is 7.5 inch long which should fit most due to the good quality stretch thread used, If however you require a smaller or larger size please do just ask when submitting your order, all bracelets are made to order so I am very happy to make a custom size.

THE PRESENTATION BOX -
Each of my designs come in a Drops of Earth kraft gift box with a hotsell silver polishing cloth. A description of the stone including history and properties is included in the lid of the box.

THE PACKAGING -
Following my own aim to reduce my consumption of single use plastic, the gift box will arrive wrapped in brown card bubble wrap and the outer envelope is made using sugarcane and is fully recyclable.
