Vintage BIRKS RIDEAU Midi Size Watch, SWISS Made 17 Jewels, Very Fine Condition, Original Strap, Circa Mid hotsell 1960's-------Serviced------

Presented in very fine vintage condition, from the mid 1960's a SWISS made BIRKS RIDEAU midi Sized Watch. BIRKS is the leading Canadian retailer for fine watches and jewelry, and their house brand watches are known for their quality.
The gold-plated case is in excellent condition, in fact the watch looks to have been hardly worn.
The case measures 30.25mm in width excluding the crown, so what we would call today a Midi size watch ideal for either Him or Her to wear and enjoy.
The dial is superb, there is a date window at the 3 marker with quick change.
The original crystal has been hand polished to a shine.
The case back is stainless steel.
The SWISS made movement is a Schild Cal AS1951, with 17 Jewels and manually wound, we have serviced the movement and present the watch in fine working order.
The watch comes on what we feel is the original gold-plated linked strap with locking closure, again in excellent condition. The watch will fit up to a 6 1/2 inch wrist.

TPG Vintage Watches has conducted a full restoration of this watch, the movement has been serviced and calibrated to achieve the best possible time keeping for a vintage watch.
