The wood pecker in my yard was the inspiration for this piece, titled 'Red's in the Garden". The colors remind me of spring, new growth, flowers and that redheaded woodpecker! A quilted appliqued wall hanging with bird and leaves. Rich tones of red and green, what's not to love?

This an original fabric collage I designed and made with cotton printed fabrics pieces were cut and fused appliquéd using lots of thread. This item hotsell has been machine quilted, embroidery & free motion stitching. Loads of color creativity! Don't you think this would make a unique one of a kind gift?
