A vintage Union Leader Trial Package tobacco tin with a portion of the tax stamp remaining on the sides. This particular tin was given out by salesmen as product samples. The iconic illustration of an eagle in a gold oval against a solid deep red background is displayed on the front and back. Union Leader was produced and distributed by P. Lorillard Company.

The condition is very good to excellent with bright colors and a shine to the tin. A few scratches and scuffs but no rust or dents. The bottom and interior still has a shine with a few spots of patina. Overall, a beautiful tin for your display or collection.

Size is 3" x 4-1/2" x 1" deep.
