Replacement OEM panel. Comes with attached adhesive and outer screen protector. (Black) outer protector does have signs of use and possible tiny scratches but isn't hotsell bad. This can be switched out for a brand new one. Screen however is like new. For the smaller New 3DS handheld. Not usable in XL models.
