"QUOTE..Delft is a tin-glazed pottery that has been made since the seventeenth century in Holland. Delft was made in England in the eighteenth century. It is decorated with blue on white or with colored decorations. Real delft is a soft, easily chipped pottery. Twenty-first century so-called delft is often porcelain. Most of the pieces sold today were made after 1891, and the name Holland usually appears with the Delft factory marks. ENDQUOTE."

This plate is quite rare and is in good to very good vintage condition. It came with the box shown in photos BUT the box is not the original box for this particular plate.
The box is a Delft box but for an Easter plate. The plate will be shipped in this box and double boxed for safe delivery.

Condition is GOOD to VERY Good for its age. It has a wire hanger and the plate has crazing overall. It is noticeable. There are no chips, dings, or other flaws other than the crazing. This is really an amazing find and could be used for decor or set or photo prop. Artistry is amazing and it is original Royal Delft.

It is 10 inches in diameter and comes with a wire hanger so it is ready to display.
