In the tradition of the coveted painted ostrich eggshells of ancient Nubia, these beautiful scenes are reproduced from paintings by African and international artists, then treated with approximately fifty layers of lacquer. Only unfertilized emptied shells are used; each is unique in size and shape. 4½" diameter x 7"h. A wooden stand is included.
