-Multi-seat For-profit Educational Use including but not limited to: unlimited social media accounts per platform, unlimited advertising impressions, online and physical course materials, website elements, classroom provision, signage, decor, stationery, graphics, apparel, accessories, templates, books, magazines, documents, posters, fliers, calendars, planners, crafting, art projects, and wall art.

-Multi-seat Broadcast Use (for on-set prop, set decoration, and post production use) with unlimited lifetime viewers.

-Multi-seat Use in a single application or video game

-For digital items artwork must NOT be extractable from digital items and must be flattened in file. Digital and physical items for resale must incorporate artwork into a new design.


MULTI-SEAT DEFINITION: Multiple users (from the same company or organization that purchased this license) may access the digital image file(s).


NOT ALLOWED - ARTWORK MAY NOT BE USED:

- as primary element(s) for logo creation (this is royalty-free artwork as such it will not pass a trademark test should you wish to register a corporate logo that incorporates it)
- for print-on-demand and/or download-on-demand items
- in digital clipart sets and/or digital papers for resale
- in any way where digital artwork files may be extracted (elements must be flattened in file)
- as-is without being incorporated into a new design in products for resale
- in a derogatory, defamatory, negative or obscene manner
- in any way that directly competes with the original digital asset

Artwork may NOT be shared, re-sold, or given away for free, and may not be claimed as your own.

Using more than one clipart set for commercial business and/or for-profit educational use requires purchase of an Extended, or Extended Commercial License for EACH clipart set used.
