Gold-plated hairguard pendant, original from the late sXIX or early sXX, from France.

The front features an embossed orchid, decorated with a pearl. The reverse is decorated with the typical engraving of nineteenth-century hair guards.
Due to its small size, it is ideal if you like this type of pendants but prefer discreet pieces for day to day. Please note the measurements.

Small scratches, the interior presents losses of gold at the edges (all defects are visible in photographs). In general it is in good condition considering its age. The original chain grommet is missing, a small metal ring has been added
