This picture is extremely hard to find, as the Architect not only had a very small circulation during that time, but very few were actually preserved or colored as this has been. It measures approximately 12 by 8 inches and has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture). The whole plan measures approximately 16 by 12 inches (with mat border). Finely detailed hotsell and beautifully hand-colored with watercolor. VG+ condition. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL PICTURE--NOT A COPY OR REPRINT. Shrink wrapped.

Large plans and prints more than 15 inches tall or wide are an additional $115, and the window is 16 by 20 inches and the full frame measures 17.5 by 21.5 inches.
