By converting your signal from high to low-impedance, the Saturnworks premium black buffer keeps your high-end crisp. The buffer also works to preserve your tone when placed before passive splitters, such as a passive A/B/Y, for example. Our buffer performs is job exceptionally well with an input impedance of 1M and an output impedance in the tens of ohms (rather than hundreds of ohms, like some buffers).

The buffer circuit can also be set up specifically for bass. The bass setup allows for lower frequencies to enter the circuit. It doesn't cut any highs; so can be used with guitars as well.
