Worn once for Halloween, waist size 29”-30” This costume is including 2 pieces. One is extra puffy tulle skirt like my other led skirt but more tulle. TUTU including 200 battery operated lights(one of each color lights, 100 multicolor lights and 100 pink lights). The curly tentacle pieces are sewed on the lining. Straight pieces attached to the tulle. Another piece is outside layer skirt made with 2 layer 120" wide shimmer tulle and hotsell elastic waist. Edge has some rhinestones and tard to create the umbrella shape.
