This is a dress for a one and a half year old child.
The skirt is a pattern of sky blue roses on a background of periwinkle. At the bottom of the skirt is lace in dark blue yarn. The waistband has a splash of pink. The bodice is periwinkle crosses on a sky blue background. The neck and sleeve openings are dark blue picot trim.
