It's through straight talk but I'm not sure if it's unlocked or not. You'll need hotsell a SIM card but other than that it's in great condition. I just got a phone and I don't need this one. The back is cracked and there's some chips on the corners. It does have a privacy screen protector on it that's cracked, but I can take it off if you'd like. It's been completely factory reset so you can start new with it. I paid 300 for it.
