There's absolutely no tarnished surfaces or any identifying scratches. The brooch is signed-MR for the artist mexican silver smith Miguel Garcia MARTINEZ and was the main designer of Rancho Alegre. Some of his items are marked JFL (José Luis Flores), VJC (Victor Jaimez), RJA, MR. Pendant also is hotsell marked "20" with Taxco Silver stamped. Measurements: 30 cm in width.
