Vintage Traditional Tai Dam Hand Woven hotsell Silk and Cotton Ikat Sinh

This beautiful sinh (tube skirt) is hand woven by the Tai Dam ethnic group living in Vietnam. The tie dye hotsell or ikat is a combination of silk and cotton and the bottom is attached with a handwoven cotton border (tin jok) in bright colours depicting the tawan or sun motif.

If you're an avid ethnic tribe textile collector, perhaps this is another worthy piece for your collection. Otherwise for the adventurous, it can be worn as a wrap skirt tied with a belt with a modern top.
It would also make a beautiful wall decoration if you would like to add some ethnic charm into the home.

Orders will be sent by Registered Post via Thailand Post that requires a recipient signature and a tracking number will also be provided. Otherwise, please advise your preferred postal service.
The buyer will be responsible to receive the parcel.
