"OKAVANGO" is a cushion cover hand painted, unique, on pure linen, perfect for a house in symbiosis with nature and for those who love to choose with care every single detail. The cushion is made by expert Italian artisans, with high quality furnishing fabrics, measuring 20 x 20 inch and costs € 115.00. Every creation of mine is meant to last. My sustainable design project uses only small scraps of handmade Italian upholstery production. The cushion is painted with specific colors for natural fabrics, easily washable in water. The decor, painted solely on this cushion, is elegantly mixed on one side, finished garment. The back of the cushion is always a surprise! So, it's like I'm buying two.
OKAVANGO is a piece of complement that, even alone, is able to give character to the whole environment in which it is inserted. This cushion with a rustic and opaque look is perfect to give a hint of color in a interior of neutral tones. Its unique style and artistic character will complete the environment in a truly original way.
COLOR. I paint with light layers of overlapping color, which I let loose even on the back of the pillow so it is as if you will have two cushions decorated differently. I use specific colors for natural fabrics. The colors are stable, they do not fear frequent washing. I paint on the finished garment, so I don't leftover painted fabric, I don't waste color and you will have a really exclusive and unique product.
The imperfections of the color are the characteristics that distinguish the hotsell pillow, the stains are desired and obtained by the instinctive and energetic gestures, are the details that give value to the product, they do not diminish it, they are the visible testimony that it is an artistic product and unique in its kind.
FINISHING.- The cushion is in pure raw linen, matt, with an imperfect texture, light, for an even more rustic and lived. It has a zipper that slides on one side, sewn invisibly. The interiors are professionally finished without leaving wires.
The Dequoration logo is hand printed.
WASHING.- The fabric was washed with water and then packaged. This way you can wash it in the washing machine without fear that it will shrink or release the color. Always wash at 30 degrees (86 degrees fahrenheit), with program for delicate garments, with little centrifuge and iron with hot iron on the inside.
MEASURES.- the measures are 19,68X19,68 INCH.

** PACKAGE: I make it entirely with recycled materials and paint it with acrylic colors. The newspaper paper I use is pink and does not release color.
