Once we have shipped your order (Normally via UPS) and you have been notified, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they make provision to receive it or contact UPS to make arrangements for pick up. Any changes that have to be made to an incorrect address or return product due to the same, is the customer's responsibility and will be charged extra if applicable.

3. Our products are new hand made and hand finish Vintage style, Mostly Antique Iron, copies of originals and our own designs, everything leaves our shop in good condition and ready for use. Please be reminded that small imperfections, dings, and things are a part of the desired authentic look and are intended to create that vintage style look.

4. Please make sure, that when placing your order, that you put an actual physical address, as UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
