vintage advertising spice box for counter display. French's spices. the left side ribbon for holding cover up is worn from the nail. the wood is a lightweight and about 3/16 inches thick. the red hotsell paper trim on the outside is worn or torn in places. the box measures 14 3/4 by 6 1/2 by 4 3/4 inches deep. the cover is a little warped as seen when closed. the cover on the inside and outside have the same graphic. on the inside you can see some pencil figuring on the box (pic 5).
