Shipping 101: We ship via USPS Priority Express within the continental United States. Sorry, we are not currently set up to ship internationally.
Packaged with Care: Your new plant addition will arrive bare root in a sphagnum moss/perlite mix and will be carefully wrapped in secured packaging. If you are shipping to climates where the temperatures drop below 45 degrees, please let us know and we will be sure to include a heat pack. It is our goal to ensure your plant arrives safe and healthy.
Guarantee: We understand the bumps and turns of transit so if you have any issues upon the arrival of your new baby node, please let us know. If you experience damage to the plant upon receipt, please send us photos or videos explaining the nature of the issue within two hours of unboxing your plant. We will work with you to replace the plant…so namaste and exhale. Unfortunately, we will not be responsible if you have issues with your plant upon taking ownership due to improper care and handling. We want your plant to thrive and will do our part to work with you to help improve the health of your plant.
