#10260 Diner that is now retired. When I got this set, it was partially built. The pieces that were not put together were all in one bag. I took all built pieces apart and then placed all pieces hotsell into bags, mostly separated by color. Pieces were counted a couple of times, but the 2 counts did not equal each other. They both, however, did come out to more than the number indicated on the box. Not by a lot, but they were more. So having done this, I can only tell you that there are close to, if not more than, 2480 pieces as stated on the box. I cannot guarantee they all belong to this 1 set. Nor can I guarantee you will have all the pieces to complete this set. The 6 mini figures though are included. The box is not perfect, but is in fairly good shape.
