hotsell Pictures can't fully capture the intricate detail of this beautiful necklace. I've shaped the main section by hand into a flowing organic shape that echoes the plants.
Each pendant is pressed from one of my carefully made molds. The detail captured with the technique never fails to amaze me. I'm constantly watching for new plants to capture in silver. Sometimes I return from a hike with my pockets full of treasures to create with!
The pendant is 1 3/4" x 3/4". The necklace is sterling silver flat oval chain, finished with a sterling lobster clasp. Fully adjustable up to 18".
So, what is fine silver, anyway? Glad you asked! Fine silver is 99.9% pure silver, and can be marked .999. For reference, sterling is .925, or 92.5% silver. Fine silver therefore has a greater value and is less susceptible to tarnish. Additionally, I work with recycled silver, which is a wonderful thing. Art that's wearable, comfortable, durable, earth-friendly, beautiful, and customizable. Lots of wins!
