Size is XS, but due to it being oversized you can't go by that. Stretchy waistband. I wear a Large and it fits Waistband flat - 15" stretches to approximately 21" Shoulders - Approximately 21" but they are dolman sleeves with no seam, so hotsell this is an estimate. VERY ROOMY!
