I decided to revisit the swiping technique. While the resulting piece was more muted (not as brilliant as I might have liked), it really spoke to me. I couldn't bear to scrape it and start over. It reminds me of one of my hotsell favorite songs by one of my favorite artists, "Seattle Morning" by Louis Landon. It's muted, yet beautiful.
