This was new but got damaged in transit. The bag got squished as shown in the photo. The zipper works but it does get stuck every once in a while. The back piece has a small crack (shown in second photo) and because it got squished if pulled the sides come off from the inside (see third photo) Does come with satin bag and strap. hotsell Retails $250.
