This seating chart is a statement piece for informing your guests on where to sit for the evening!

PERSONALIZATION:
Please include the title, and any other specifics we have previously discussed here.

DETAILS:
This is a clear acrylic sign with permanent ink on top. The number of guests will increase the price because more than (1) sign will need to be used.
For 1-100 guests, I will fit it on (1) sign, 101-200 will be on (2) signs, and 201-300 will be on (3) hotsell signs.

ORDER:
You can arrange your guests alphabetically (as pictured) or by table number. Either works for me!

IMPORTANT:
Once you place your order, please email your 100% final guest list to haley [!at] adorningoaks.com with your Etsy Order # referenced.
Changes will NOT be able to made after this point, so it is imperative your guest list and table settings are 100% complete and accurate at this time.
Please consider accurate spelling, as well.

FILE TYPE:
Any editable file type should work! Excel, google drive spreadsheet, etc. Please do not send an image - PDF, JPEG, etc.

FRAME:
You can include a neutral/no stain, dark frame, no frame, gray frame, or a white washed option. This can be added at check out. The dark and gray frames will vary in lightness/darkness as the wood takes stain differently.
If you do NOT order a frame, there will be a protective cover left on the back. Remove it before displaying.

EASELS:
Not included. Recommended to find an easel where the bottom of the sign is a minimum of 2 feet off the ground. Adjustable height is preferred. I also recommend you check with your venue or florist to see if you can rent one!
