Fair condition fully functional has some marks on it and has a little wear at some of the corners, no holes just white hotsell like the color rubbed off. The Velcro is good and works has some fuzz stuck in the Velcro.  On the underside it almost looks like water drops that have dried but it's not wiping off for me. .
