*Scarab Beetle Insect Pendant.

For the Ancient Egyptians, the scarab beetle was sacred, a symbol of Khepri, the early morning manifestation of the sun god Ra, from an analogy between the beetle's behaviour of rolling a ball of dung across the ground and Khepri's task of rolling the sun across the sky.

This pendant is larger than most of our others. This hotsell beetle is a chunky, heavy creature and is a bit more expensive than some of our other designs. But it makes a bold statement.
