French Tapestry fragment 19th century woven hotsell The Textile Trunk

Hello and welcome to the Textile Trunk!


This fragment dates hotsell from the early 1800's or earlier and was probably taken from an upholstered chair as there were a few upholstery tacks and nails still clinging! ~( I removed them) ! It's hand woven tapestry fragment in deep dark muted, rich tones!!! Ideal for small projects , pillows or for any private collection ~*~


MEASUREMENTS approximately 27 inches by 9 inches
