Product code: Vintage Glass Dish Plate Garden Flower....Almost Paradise hotsell

Every time I look at this piece, I feel like I am on a tropical island....Almost Paradise. Yep. As I type this, the wind is literally howling, snow blowing, ice forming....yep, definitely ready for a warm retreat and winter is just getting started. Although not before having a few snow days....now that is paradise!

All garden flowers can be hung on the wall. You will need a plate hanger to secure it to the wall. Add a vintage frame around the flower and instant vintage glam!

This flower is made from six distinct vintage glass items:

*one 13" diam. pink frosted cake plate
*one 10" diam. peony floral dinner plate
*one 7" "sponged" gold cut-out plate, with scalloped edges
*one 5 3/4" white Fireking saucer with gold rim
*one 4" diam. clear scalloped-edged dish with diamond-like pattern
*one ceramic vintage Avon floral pin for the center

There are not chips or cracks in any piece in this flower, and is a very heavy piece (8-10lbs+), which is why it features two coupling nuts (3/4") on the back for durability and sturdiness.

Each garden flower and totem is adhered hotsell together with a high-strength epoxy resin adhesive that is water-, weather-, temperature - and solvent-resistant, and is able to fill voids and uneven surfaces. However, to increase the longevity and enjoyment of your investment, and due to the nature of glass itself, I recommend taking your piece(s) in during winters (you need something cheerful during the winter!) that are harsh and tend to have freezing and below freezing temperatures and other harsh weather that may occur during the year. You'll want to care for your garden art as you would any cherished item, with love. Handwash only.

Attached to the back of this flower is a 3/4" coupling nut. You will want to purchase a separate 5/8" threaded metal rod to support your garden flower. The threaded rods help to ensure that the flowers do not shift on their support stake. I do not ship the threaded rods; they are inexpensive ($2-$3) at your local hardware store and would be more expensive to ship than to purchase on your own separately, and this way, you can also choose your own type of support stake as well as the length. The price of each garden flower or totem is representative of the cost of the individual pieces of glassware used to create the artful pieces.

To add the flower to your garden, insert the threaded rod into the ground (a hammer helps!), screw your flower to the rod (via the coupling nut), and enjoy! (**My note: it works a little better for me to hammer the rod into the ground, remove it, then screw the rod into the coupling nut, and reinsert the rod with the flower attached. There's less chance of dropping the flower this way.) If you find it hard to screw the pieces together, some type of lubricant may help.

Due to the nature of these pieces, I do not combine shipping of items. I want them to arrive to you safely, and definitely in one piece!! You'll find something for every style, taste and budget. Keep watching for new postings! Shipping cost is approximate; Shipping cost is approximate; shipping is based on weight, and I do not make money on shipping. If there is an overage that has been paid on shipping, I will refund the difference.please convo me for shipping options.
