How it works
As soon as your order has been received by me, the 24-hour cooling-off period starts. Within this time you can cancel your order. As soon as the cooling-off period is over, your collar will be made, checked, packaged and shipped.
Letterbox packages are sent with track and trace. It is possible that this is not possible depending on where you live (outside the Netherlands). Do you want to be sure that your package can be tracked? Please contact us.

Within the EU
-Returns and exchanges
It is possible to return and exchange your product within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. Custom-made products that are not adjustable cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you want to return or exchange your product, you can send a message in which we can discuss your wishes.
As soon as the product has been received in good order, and checked for damage, your money will be transferred back or your exchange product will be made / shipped.
-In case your product is damaged upon receipt
If your product is received damaged, you can contact a photo of the packaging and the damage to your product within 7 days.
When it has been determined that the damage was caused by shipping, you can return the product at your own expense and I will send you a new copy or the amount excluding the shipping costs will be transferred back to you.
-Damage caused by normal use
If your product is damaged within a real time due to normal use, you can send a message with photos of the damage. As soon as it has been determined that the damage is due to normal use, a new copy will be sent or, if desired, the amount excluding shipping costs will be transferred back.
Outside the EU
-Returns and exchanges
The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. After receipt of the product, the amount excluding the shipping costs will be transferred to you.
Due to the high shipping costs outside the EU, exchange is not possible.
