Beautiful pink and blue floral on white, solid pink and a multi colour pink make this small rag quilt perfect to cuddle your baby in or for your little girl to use as a security blanket. Made with 100% cotton on back and front, there is a layer of flannel sandwiched between the two layers to make it soft and warm. Nice and cosy, this comfort quilt can also be used as a baby play time mat. This rag quilt will quickly become your child's favourite and will follow her up through the years, to be one day placed in a safe place to become a keepsake for her own daughter.

Made with 3 layers each block has a layer of quilt batting between the 2 layers of cotton to make it nice and cosy. Each block has been sewn with the traditional X to help provide stability and durability. Between every block I have placed a strip of solid pink to give it a slightly different look than the traditional rag quilt.

This quilt is easy to care for. Simply wash and dry. Rag quilts get softer and fluffier the more they are washed. I have started the ragging process by washing it once. You will find that the first few washes leave lint on the quilt so a lint brush may be necessary to have on hand.
