Organic Herbal Bath-
A gentle and relaxing herbal blend for sensitive skin types. It is wonderful in the bath, as a sipping tea, or for yoni steaming.
To prepare your herbal bath:
Start by filling you bath tub with warm water.
Fill one side of the mesh herb infuser with the Organic Herbal Bath, close the ball, and place in the water to “steep”.
Optional: Add bath salts to the water or add your favorite essential oil to the herbal blend.
Meditate, turn on calming music, or grab a book if desired. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes.
