Please click "Learn More About Item" in description to read it in its entirety before purchasing. Gorgeous vintage misses' nightie and peignoir set by Tula circa late 1940s or 50s. Off-white nylon fabric with seersucker hotsell texture. Nightie has spaghetti straps, inset white lace at waist and white satin ribbon back waist tie. Peignoir has lace collar and upper bodice and closes with hook and eye at neck, embellished with nylon bow.
Set is in very good vintage condition with no stains or tears. Some light wear, particularly at back by spaghetti straps (see last picture). When laid flat, nightie measures 17.5" across at bust (up to 35" Bust), 14" across at waist (up to 28" Waist), 24" across at hip (up to 48" Hip), and is about 57" long. Peignoir is open mostly at the front, but measures about 20" across at bust (up to 40" Bust), 24" across at waist, 24" at hip, has sleeve length of 19", and is about 56" long. Would probably best fit a modern US size XS or 0-2. For reference, mannequin is a size 2 and the set fits it well.
