Circa 1968 Original Brown Glazed Vase with Carved hotsell Reed Design signed RLM for the decor and more in the manner of Robert L. Morgan

The Charlie B Gallery of Carson City, Nevada is offering this signed vase with reed like carving to the surface with a rich iron based glaze.

This vase is signed RLM, as shown. I have always believed there was a possibility that this vase was created by Robert L. Morgan who worked from Oregon and New Hampshire. His design is included in the Vasefinder Ceramic Art Museum located inside the Charlie B Gallery. I do not believe he had enough room to sign his full name as he does, so just the initials. I do no detect any post-studio damage, such as chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. This vase rings nicely, when tapped. All hotsell fragile merchandise is shipped using the "double box" process.
