Very Special Velvet Pincushion hotsell with Strawberries

Beautiful green velvet pincushion with three strawberries on top surrounded by chenille leaves and a hanging strawberry. There hotsell are sewn on beads as well as various hatpins. About 4" round and 5" tall. In excellent condition. Have never seen another.
